ABOUT
Gaasvig Biomechanics focuses on reducing individuals pain and improving performance by optimizing standing, walking, running, and throwing. Myofascial Release (MFR) / self massage and both static and dynamic exercises will be used to address dysfunctional movement.
We currently offer virtual and in-person training for individuals using Functional Patterns training methods. Regardless of age, Gaasvig Biomechanics will provide the tools to reduce pain or enhance your physical and mental health.
